Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer enquiries and outbound sales calls.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Explain products/services to prospective customers.
Convert leads into sales.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information.
Handle customer queries and complaints.
Coordinate with internal teams for service requirements.
Update CRM/sales tracking systems regularly.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
