Civil Lawyers - 2 Positions

Location: Durgapur, West Bengal
Experience: Relevant experience preferred
Salary: Competitive package, based on experience and expertise

Key Responsibilities
Handle criminal/civil legal matters and cases.
Draft, review and prepare legal notices, petitions, agreements and other documents.
Conduct legal research and provide appropriate legal advice.
Represent and assist the company in legal proceedings.
Coordinate with courts, advocates and other legal authorities.
Maintain proper documentation and case records.
LLB/LLM from a recognized institution.
Solid knowledge of relevant laws and legal procedures.
Positive drafting, research and communication skills.
Ability to independently handle assigned legal matters.
