We are looking for a Lead Qualification Executive who has excellent English comprehension and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Listen to recorded sales calls or review call transcripts.
Qualify and score leads based on predefined criteria using our CRM/software.
Identify high-quality prospects and update lead statuses accurately.
Maintain data accuracy and provide clear notes for the sales team.
Ensure timely completion of lead reviews.

Requirements:
Excellent understanding of spoken and written English.
Solid attention to detail and decision-making skills.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with CRM/software.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Prior experience in lead qualification, customer support, QA, or sales operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
