Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads before handing them over to the sales team.
Manage and monitor the complete lead funnel and conversion pipeline.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets and ensure achievement.
Track team performance and prepare lead generation reports and MIS.
Analyze campaign and conversion data to identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development team to improve lead quality and conversion.
Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve lead generation targets.

Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a Lead Generation Manager / Team Lead in any industry.
Proven experience in B2B lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, and lead qualification.
Strong knowledge of lead generation tools, CRM systems,



and online research techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Robust team management and target-achievement abilities.
Data-driven approach with good analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven setting.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
