Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct product demonstrations for prospective customers, platform users, and internal stakeholders.
Deliver detailed functional and technical training sessions for customers, internal teams, and engineering teams.
Understand, document, and manage customer issues, enhancement requests, feature requests, and escalated support tickets.
Coordinate with Customer Support, Product Owners, Development, QA, Operations, and Management teams to clarify requirements and define the resolution path.
Prepare skilled SRS, BRD, FRD, change-request documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, user guides, and technical documentation.
Create or support high-level process flows, data-flow diagrams, integration diagrams, and system-overview documentation.
Act as the communication bridge between customers and internal product, technical, and operational teams.
