About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead - Polki & Heritage Jewellery to lead the front-office sales function of our Heritage Department.

This role requires a robust combination of people leadership, premium customer handling, sales acumen, product expertise, and floor management.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Ownership
Take ownership of the overall sales performance of the Polki & Heritage Department.
Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor individual and team-wise sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Drive conversion, average bill value, repeat business, and customer engagement.
Personally handle and support high-value and high-potential customers wherever required.
Develop strategies to maximize sales of Polki, Heritage Jewellery, and Colour Stone Jewellery.




Ensure effective utilization and movement of the department's inventory.
Team Leadership & People Management
Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the sales team.
Allocate customers and sales prospects effectively across the team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Identify capability gaps and work with the training team to improve product and selling skills.
Set explicit expectations regarding sales, customer service, grooming, discipline, and showroom etiquette.
Build a high-performance yet customer-centric sales culture within the department.
Handle team-related concerns, conflicts, attendance, discipline, and day-to-day people matters.
Customer Experience
Ensure every customer receives a premium and personalized jewellery-buying experience.
Handle HNI/VVIP customers and high-value transactions with confidence and professionalism.
