Role & responsibilities:
Purpose of the Admission Officer role:
The admission officer advises students-parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions to improve student outcomes and help students succeed academically.
As an Admission officer, you are expected to:
Contribute towards revenue generation by working on the sales targets.
Selling/up-selling/cross-selling the company's exclusive range of education courses to existing & prospective students.
Responsible for converting recent/ qualified leads into successful admissions, in turn achieving the assigned sales target.
Update student information in the system for lead management and follow ups.
Attend regular training sessions on Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s).
Ensure adherence to internal process and compliances.
To be successful in the Admission Officer role you are required to have:
Ability to handle students and parents in an empathic & patient manner
Must have robust sales persuasion and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English and Regional Language.

Sense of Ownership and Accountability.

Emotional intelligence for working in a team.
Qualification:
Must have bachelors degree.
Experience:
Previous experience in counselling in education or careers counselling.
Previous experience of Business to Customer (B2C) sales across industries.
