Job Summary
We are looking for an individual to oversee day-to-day production operations, including guiding and coaching employees, ensuring equipment safety and maintenance, and executing batch manufacturing and packaging activities. Responsibilities also include documentation review, maintaining product quality, coordinating training, conducting initial incident investigations, and managing process orders.
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for overseeing the compliance activities in day-to-day production activities.
You will be responsible for the incident/deviation brainstorming, investigation and closure.:
You will be responsible for implementation of CAPA actions and change proposal actions.:
You will be responsible for guiding and coaching employees, monitoring their productivity, and overseeing regular equipment safety and maintenance.
You will be responsible for review of Documentations, BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records), BPR (Batch Production Records) and Logbooks.:




You will be responsible for ensuring product quality by maintaining cGMP (current Valuable Manufacturing Practices).
You will be a training coordinator through LMS (Learning Management system).
You will be responsible for generating the process order number.

Qualifications:
Educational qualification: A Diploma/B.Sc.
Minimum work experience: 3 to 10 years of experience
Skills & attributes:
Technical Skills
Knowledge of Pas|X, isolator operation, lyophilizer, vial filling.
Knowledge and experience in injectable manufacturing and packing.
Experience in Liquid and lyophilized product manufacturing and packing.
Good understanding of GMP and positive laboratories practices.

Behavioural skills
Proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges in manufacturing processes.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, promoting a cooperative and inclusive work workplace.
Efficient time management to meet production schedules and deadline
