Handle day-to-day customer service acvies for LGD Jewelry clients by ensuring skilled communicaon, effecve coordinaon, mely follow-ups and smooth client onboarding.
Handle inbound and outbound client queries related to LGD Jewelry.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communicaon and mely compleon of client requirements.
Handle work efficiently under pressure.
Maintain Excel sheets, client records and reports.
Interact with LGD Jewelry clients at the front office in a skilled manner.
Assist LGD Jewelry clients with the onboarding process and required documentaon.
Maintain proper client records and follow up on pending requirements.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
