Field Sales Officer

Location: Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka

We are hiring a Field Sales Officer to drive sales and expand our customer base. The role involves visiting retailers, distributors, and potential customers, generating recent business, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Visit retailers, distributors, and customers in the assigned territory.
Generate current business opportunities and increase product sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Promote company products and explain their benefits to customers.
Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Ensure timely order collection and follow up with customers.
Submit daily sales and visit reports.

Requirements:




Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years in Field Sales, FMCG Sales, Telecom Sales, Retail Sales, Direct Sales, or B2B Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license are preferred.
