What You'll Do
Understand clients' matrimonial requirements and recommend the right membership plans.
Build robust relationships and establish trust with prospective clients.
Handle objections confidently and negotiate effectively.
Follow up consistently and convert leads into paid memberships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records in Smart Match.
Work closely with the Matchmaking team to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
Stay updated on services, membership plans, and promotional offers.
Deliver professional, customer-focused service while maintaining confidentiality.

What We're Looking For




Excellent English communication skills - verbal and written.
Strong sales, persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Ability to build rapport and gain clients' trust.
A positive, customer-focused and target-driven attitude.
Strong objection-handling skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Punjabi language skills are an added advantage.:
Previous sales experience is beneficial, but robust communication and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
