Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
Prepare and maintain the Day Book, Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Book, Journal Entries, and General Ledger.
Handle Accounts Payable (Purchase) and Accounts Receivable (Sales) processes.
Manage purchase entry, purchase filing, invoice verification, and vendor reconciliations.
Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns) within statutory deadlines.
Calculate, deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns accurately and on time.
Handle EPF and ESIC compliances, including monthly contributions, challan generation, employee registration, and statutory filings.
Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and reconcile all bank transactions regularly.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in the preparation of Balance Sheet,



Profit & Loss Account, and other financial statements.
Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
Ensure timely payment of statutory dues and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities during audits and assessments.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Support payroll processing by coordinating salary-related accounting entries and statutory deductions.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable tax laws.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
Robust working knowledge of Tally Prim
