Inspect and perform regular maintenance checks on elevators
Install and repair elevator mechanisms and electrical wiring to ensure proper functioning
Respond to emergency call-outs for elevator breakdowns
Replace faulty or worn-out components such as motors, switches, and control systems
Maintain service records of all maintenance and repair work carried out
Communicate with building management regarding elevator performance and safety issues
Provide training and guidance to junior technicians or apprentices.
