Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Mussoorie. The role will involve driving sales and business growth through field sales, direct customer pitching, hotel partnerships, and channel development, particularly across luxury and 5-star hotels.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales through direct customer interaction and field sales
Conduct door-to-door and on-ground sales activities as required
Pitch and demonstrate Durlabh Darshan's VR/immersive experiences to customers at luxury and 5-star hotels
Identify opportunities for business development and channel partnerships
Coordinate with hotel teams to drive product visibility and sales
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Generate leads through on-ground networking and local market visits
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales
Maintain regular sales reports and update the CRM/sales tracker
Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the team





What We're Looking For
1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, field sales, or direct sales
Candidates from hospitality, travel, retail, FMCG, fintech, telecom, or other B2C sales backgrounds are welcome
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with field sales and meeting customers in person
Valuable pitching, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the assigned territory
Comfortable interacting with premium/luxury hotel staff and customers
Candidates with existing local connections/network in Mussoorie will be an added advantage
