Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage end-to-end procurement of HVAC materials, including:
Compressors
Fans & Motors
Heat Exchangers
Copper Tubes & Coils
Electrical Components
Insulation Materials
GI Sheets & Structural Steel
Filters, Dampers, Valves, and HVAC Accessories
Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and develop recent vendors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and annual contracts.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Production, Planning, Design, and Stores departments.
Ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays.
Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction and value engineering.
Review purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.
Track supplier performance through quality, delivery, and service metrics.




Resolve supply chain issues and material shortages proactively.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
Prepare procurement reports, MIS, purchase budgets, and savings reports for management.
Lead and mentor the purchase team to improve efficiency and performance.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of HVAC products, raw materials, and procurement processes.
Excellent vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
Commercial and analytical mindset.
Cost reduction and strategic sourcing expertise.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
MBA in Supply Chain
