We are looking for Supervisor - Electrification
You’ll make a difference by
Role would involve supervision of the maintenance operations of REL Equipment
Responsibilities would be diverse and crucial to ensuring the protected, effective, and reliable operation of REL Equipment
Combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency
Relevant experience in REL Equipment maintenance and repair, with progressively increasing responsibility
Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other relevant software tools.
Maintenance Planning and execution: Responsible for developing and implementing maintenance schedules and plans for REL Equipment. This involves coordinating routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and major repairs to keep the REL Equipment in optimal condition.
Team Management: Lead a team of maintenance technicians, mechanics, and support staff, includes training, and evaluating team members to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
Safety Compliance: REL Equipment maintenance involves working with high to medium voltage of electricity. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and imp
