Drishti Hospital is a growing multispecialty hospital in Gomoh, Jharkhand, looking for a dedicated Optometrist to join our eye care team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates and junior optometrists seeking strong clinical exposure, mentorship, and long-term career growth.

Salary

₹12,000-15,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Clinical Exposure

Work with up-to-date ophthalmic equipment, including:
Autorefractometer
Slit Lamp
Applanation Tonometer
Non-contact Tonometer (NCT)
Operating Microscope

Responsibilities
Perform refraction and comprehensive eye examinations
Conduct basic ophthalmic investigations (Visual Acuity, Autorefraction, IOP,



etc.)
Assist the Ophthalmologist during OPD and surgeries
Counsel patients regarding spectacles and treatment
Participate in community eye camps
Maintain patient records and support day-to-day departmental operations

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Optometry
Positive communication and patient counselling skills
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and willingness to learn
Willing to relocate to Gomoh, Jharkhand
