Role & Responsibilities
Proactively identify, qualify, and convert enterprise clients seeking flexible office space solutions across target verticals.
Manage full sales lifecycle — from prospecting and discovery calls to negotiation, proposal delivery, and contract closure.
Leverage CRM tools to track pipeline velocity, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate client records.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales messaging with space availability, pricing strategies, and market trends.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships,



driving repeat business and referrals through consultative selling.
Represent TUD Spaces at industry events, client meetings, and coworking partner forums to build brand visibility and lead generation.
