Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities and potential customers.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and recent clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the internal team.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and customer service teams to ensure timely order execution.
Follow up on payments and outstanding amounts from customers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
