We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Marketplace Executive to manage the company’s e-commerce website and marketplace accounts, including Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and other online sales platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the company’s e-commerce website and seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces.
Create and maintain accurate product listings, including product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, keywords, categories, SKUs and pricing.
Collect product information, images, datasheets, certifications and authorization documents from OEMs and distributors.
Coordinate with the accounts team for GST, invoices, payment reconciliation, credit notes, commissions, marketplace fees and settlement reports.
Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse team to maintain accurate stock availability across all online platforms.
Manage order processing, packing coordination, dispatch, delivery tracking, returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds.
Maintain pricing, discount structures,



promotional offers and profit margins after considering marketplace fees and logistics costs.
Handle marketplace requirements related to brand registration, trademark documentation, product approvals, category approvals, legal metrology, BIS or other applicable certifications.
Coordinate with marketplace support teams and external portal agencies to resolve account, listing, payment and compliance issues.
Monitor account health, seller ratings, customer reviews, return rates, cancellations and policy violations.
Respond to customer questions, product enquiries and marketplace complaints professionally and within the required timeline.
Plan and execute marketplace advertisements, sponsored listings, deals, coupons and promotional campaigns.
Monitor competitor pricing, product positioning and marketplace trends.
