Job Opening - Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Attend incoming customer calls professionally and resolve basic enquiries.
Make outbound calls to customers/leads and conduct regular follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Sales/Operations team.
Welcome and attend guests/clients visiting the office.
Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries and follow-ups.
Assist in creating Instagram Reels, short videos and other social media content for the company.
Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera when required.




Maintain qualified communication and customer relationships.

Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, valuable Hindi communication skills, basic English communication, pleasant personality, basic computer knowledge, confidence in handling customers, and interest/experience in social media content creation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
