RxNote.ai builds an AI clinical memory layer for hospitals and clinicians. You will work with the Head of Sales on outbound outreach to clinics and hospitals across Chennai and Tamil Nadu — helping us book demos, follow up with prospects, and support pilot conversations with hospital groups. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants real founder-level sales exposure at an early-stage, rapid-growing healthtech startup.
Skills Required
Robust spoken and written English
Comfortable making cold calls and walking into clinics/hospitals unannounced
Basic familiarity with WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), and CRM-style tracking
Confident, presentable, and comfortable speaking with doctors and hospital admin staff
Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding on daily tasks
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a lead list of clinics and hospitals across Chennai and Tamil Nadu
Conduct outbound outreach via WhatsApp, calls, and in-person visits to book product demos
Follow up with prospects after demos to move them toward trial/onboarding
Support on-ground activity during hospital and clinic visits, including materials and scheduling
Log every interaction and lead status accurately for the Sales Head to review weekly
Help coordinate logistics for larger hospital pilot conversations - scheduling, follow-ups, document collection
Additional Candidate Preferences
Prior experience in sales, business development, or field marketing (healthcare industry a plus, not required)
Own two-wheeler for local travel across Chennai (with fuel reimbursement)
Currently based in Chennai
Comfortable working in a small, quick-moving team where priorities shift week to week
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed (any stream)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
