Position: Retail Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a energetic and responsible Retail Sales Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily retail store operations.
Lead, motivate, and train the sales team.
Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate inventory management.
Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet company standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Manage staff attendance, duty schedules, and performance.
Handle cash, billing,



and store compliance procedures.
Coordinate with the warehouse and management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–5 years of experience in retail sales or retail management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems is an advantage.
Versatile to work weekends, holidays, and extended retail shifts when required.

Preferred Candidate:
Candidate with a professional attitude and strong team management skills.
Experience in stationery, lifestyle, gift, or retail stores is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
