Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is required. Proven experience in managing teams, with solid leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities,



with a track record of successfully implementing process improvement initiatives. Robust communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in using process improvement tools and software, such as Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and other relevant methodologies. Preferred Skills: Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
