We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer / Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta and Google Ads) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant hands-on experience to manage and drive paid advertising initiatives across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
Plan, launch, manage, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and PPC platforms.
Conduct audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics including CPA, CPL, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall campaign profitability.
Conduct regular testing and optimisation of audiences, creatives, ad copies, placements, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
Work closely with creative and marketing teams to develop effective advertising creatives, messaging, and landing page requirements.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Required Qualifications & Skills




Minimum 3 years of qualified experience in media buying, paid advertising, or performance marketing.
Robust hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Positive understanding of PPC, lead generation, conversion optimisation, remarketing, and paid acquisition.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage campaigns from strategy through execution and optimisation.
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and reporting.
Knowledge of conversion tracking, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and related tracking technologies will be an advantage.
Strong communication, organisational, and reporting skills.

Compensation

₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience, expertise, and suitability for the role.
