We are looking for a Merchandiser / Production & Procurement Coordinator - Mens Wear Garments who will oversee the complete product cycle for menswear categories, including T-shirts, polos, shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, trousers, and other apparel products. This role requires close coordination with vendors, suppliers, and factory teams to ensure timely production, quality control, and smooth procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and factory teams for fabric sourcing, trims,



sampling, and production timelines.
Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely execution and on-time deliveries.
Manage procurement of fabrics, trims, packaging materials, and accessories required for garment manufacturing.
Oversee quality checks, production documentation, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Maintain inventory records and production tracking for ongoing and upcoming garment programs.
Support design and product development teams with sample approvals, costing inputs, and product specifications.
Analyze stock flow and assist in production planning based on sales forecasts and market demand.
Follow up on order status, material availability, and production progress to minimize delays.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery schedules.
