Manager (From Real Estate Industry Only) Industry: Real Estate Sales Experience Required: 3+ Years in Real Estate Sales Job Summary: We are looking for a agile and target-driven Senior Sales Manager for our real estate business. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, handling clients, conducting site visits, and closing deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Generate sales through inbound and outbound leads.Handle client queries and provide suitable property solutions. Conduct site visits and property presentations. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth documentation and closure process.



Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.

Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Robust sales and convincing abilities. Good knowledge of Delhi/NCR real estate market. Ability to work in a target-oriented setting. Client handling and relationship management skills. Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.

Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales. Bachelor’s degree in any field. Candidates with strong closing skills will be preferred.

Salary: As per industry standards + Attractive Incentives Working Schedule: 6 Days Working Week Off: Monday Fixed OffOffice Timing: 10:30am to 7pm
