Handle customer enquiries and incoming calls.
Generate, manage, and follow up on leads until conversion.
Communicate product details, pricing, availability, and delivery terms.
Convert leads into confirmed brick bookings.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customers, bookings, and orders.
Coordinate brick loading, vehicle scheduling, and delivery loading/unloading.
Track vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Follow up with customers regarding bookings, payments, and deliveries.
Maintain sales, booking, delivery, and other related documents.
Prepare daily/weekly sales, lead, booking, and delivery reports.
Coordinate with drivers, loading teams, suppliers, and customers for smooth operations.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
Support marketing activities and identify recent business prospects.
Maintain customer relationships and generate repeat business/referrals.
Ensure proper office maintenance, filing, and basic administrative activities.
Perform other sales, coordination, and administrative duties assigned by Manager.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
