We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our Real Estate Sales Team. This is a great opportunity for students and fresh graduates to gain practical experience in real estate sales, client handling, lead generation, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups.
Contact prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
Coordinate with clients for site visits and property presentations.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Update client details and activities in the CRM/system.
Assist senior team members in negotiations and closing processes.
Coordinate with internal teams and developers for client requirements.
Learn and understand real estate projects, pricing, inventory, and market trends.
Requirements
Graduate, undergraduate, or MBA student/fresher.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust interest in sales and real estate.
Confident, energetic, and willing to make calls and meet clients.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
