Customer Relationship Executive / Branch Sales Executive
Handle walk-in enquiries and assist customers at the branch with KYC and documentation.
Provide customer service and guide customers regarding products and services.
Perform in-house cross-selling of the company’s products within the branch.
Make interest collection calls to existing customers and provide updates on calling activities.
Handle basic backend and administrative work at the branch.
Prospect and identify recent leads and pitch suitable products or services.
Maintain and develop solid relationships with existing customers.
Provide timely support and resolve customer queries.
Manage various aspects of customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with prospects and existing clients.
