Conduct regular product and sales training sessions.

Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback.

Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in Mobile Product Sales / Training.
Robust knowledge of smartphones, specifications, and features.
Valuable communication and presentation skills.
Ability to motivate and develop sales teams.
Retail mobile industry experience preferred.
