Sales Manager – FMCG / Press Shop KRA
Sales Target Achievement – Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Current Customer Development – Identify and acquire new dealers, distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
Existing Customer Management – Maintain robust relationships and increase repeat business.
Market Expansion – Develop new territories, markets, and customer segments.
Order Generation – Ensure regular order booking and achieve targeted order value/volume.
Collection & Outstanding Control – Monitor customer payments and reduce overdue/outstanding amounts.
Distributor/Dealer Management – Appoint, train, and manage distributors/dealers where applicable.
Team Management – Set targets for sales executives, monitor performance, and motivate the team.
Market & Competitor Analysis – Track competitor pricing, products, promotions, and market activities.




Product/Service Promotion – Plan and execute promotions, schemes, samples, and customer visits.
Sales Reporting – Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales, collection, pipeline, and market reports.
Customer Complaints – Resolve customer issues quickly and coordinate with production/operations.
Profitability – Maintain targeted margins and control unnecessary discounts and sales expenses.
Sales Forecasting – Prepare accurate sales forecasts and ensure stock/production planning.
Press Shop Specific – Develop clients for printing, packaging, labels, brochures, cartons, promotional materials, and other press/printing requirements.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
