Department: Finance
Reports To: Managing Director / CEO
Salary: 50K - 60K
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall Finance & Accounting operations.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and management reports.
Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital.
Ensure proper financial controls and cost management.
Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
Lead and manage the Finance team.
Identify financial risks and improve finance processes.

Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
CA / ACCA / CMA / CPA preferred.
10+ years of relevant experience, including senior-level finance management experience.
Solid knowledge of accounting, budgeting, taxation, reporting, and financial controls.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
