We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, POM Product
Management to join our Enterprise Custody Team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Collaborate with the Business, SMEs, and End Users to gather and develop




story level requirements in JIRA that allows the Development Team to deliver
consistent level of high-quality code.
Participate in all agile/sprint activities (planning, backlog refinement,
retrospective, standups, and design).
Create and maintain story level functional, non-functional requirements and
Acceptance Criteria in JIRA (excluding technical tasks).
Write and elaborate stories to align with Product definition of “Ready for
Development.”
Validate stories with cross functional stakeholders, including Business,
SMEs, and End Users to gather requirements and desired outcomes.
Review test cases with testers to ensure test results meet expected outcomes
as defined in acceptance criteria.
Review testing failures to identify potential missed/recent requirements or
defects.
Prepare and circulate release notes as part of operational readiness.
Support other Ops readiness activities as required.
