As the Regional Sales Manager – West Region (I),



you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability within your assigned territory. This role focuses on developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market presence in the Construction and Building industry. You will work independently to achieve sales, product, and margin targets, while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
This role reports to the Country Manager, Doka India.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize market potential.
Identify, pursue, and convert recent business opportunities across the construction and building segments.
