We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with a robust background in pharmacy or pharmaceutical warehouse operations to manage and control our centralized medicine warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day pharmaceutical warehouse operations.
Ensure proper receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of medicines.
Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper stock availability.
Implement and monitor FEFO/FIFO stock management practices.
Closely monitor expiry, short-expiry, non-moving and damaged stocks.
Ensure medicines are stored according to required storage conditions and compliance standards.
Coordinate timely replenishment and supply of medicines to pharmacy outlets.
Supervise warehouse staff including billing, picking, packing and dispatch teams.
Conduct regular stock verification and support inventory audits.
Investigate and control stock shortages, excess stock and inventory discrepancies.
Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts, Operations and Pharmacy Store teams.




Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with applicable drug licence and pharmaceutical storage requirements.
Improve warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy and order fulfilment efficiency.

Candidate Requirements
Mandatory experience in Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical Warehouse Operations.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Solid knowledge of medicine inventory, batch numbers, expiry management and FEFO.
Experience handling a centralized warehouse supplying multiple pharmacy outlets will be highly preferred.
Valuable knowledge of inventory/POS/ERP systems and MS Excel.
Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage high-volume medicine orders and ensure timely dispatch.
