4–6years of hands-on SAP HCM experience in PA/OM/TM/Payroll- Indian.
n
Robust understanding of HR processes and statutory requirements.
n
Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams.
n
Valuable knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules.
n
Experience in support setting (AMS) or implementation projects.
n
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM issues independently.
n
Experience with SF to SAP replication/worked with CPI integrations
n
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
