Lease Contracts
Service Charge Settlements Robust knowledge of IFRS16/ASC842 lease accounting processes.

Experience integrating SAP RE-FX with:
SAP FI/CO
Asset Accounting
MM
Project Systems (PS) Ability to conduct requirement gathering workshops, Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment activities. Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.





Key Responsibilities - Gather and analyze business requirements related to real estate and lease management.
Configure SAP RE-FX solutions as per business requirements.
Perform lease contract setup, rent calculations, and accounting configuration.
Integrate RE-FX processes with Finance and other SAP modules.
Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend best practices.
Prepare functional specifications and support technical development teams.
Execute SIT, UAT, and support data migration activities.
Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
