Role Description: This is a full-time, in office role for a Senior Corporate Lawyer located in Mumbai with a 5+ year experience in the role. The Senior Corporate Lawyer will handle corporate and commercial transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other transactional documents. Responsibilities include advising clients on company law, securities law, regulatory compliance, IPO Listing, IPO Compliance, Share Purchase Agreement, Share Holders Agreement, Corporate Acquisitions. These works will be mainly for Real Estate and Property Entities. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing multiple matters simultaneously. The Senior Corporate Lawyer may also support litigation teams on corporate disputes by preparing briefs, research notes, and documentation related to ongoing matters.

Qualifications:
Robust expertise in corporate and commercial law, including company law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.




Demonstrated experience in transactional work such as drafting and negotiating shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements, business transfer agreements, and other commercial contracts.
Ability to conduct thorough legal research, analyze complex issues, and prepare transparent, well-structured opinions and documentation.
Proficiency in reviewing and managing legal documentation, attention to detail, and strong drafting skills in Indian legal drafting standards.
Excellent communication, client-handling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts in practical terms.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate effectively within a small, high-performing team.
LL.B. With Atleast 5 years Experience, Company Secretary Degree preferred, from a recognized law school; enrollment with the Bar Council in India; prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department in corporate/transactional work.
