Role Description The Healthcare Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical and administrative operations at Dr. Nishita’s Clinic in Hyderabad. This full-time,



on-site role includes managing patient flow, coordinating appointment scheduling, and ensuring a smooth, efficient experience from check-in to follow-up. The role involves supervising front-desk and support staff, monitoring adherence to clinical protocols, and implementing operational processes that align with quality, safety, and customer service standards. The Healthcare Operations Manager will track key operational metrics, manage inventory and vendor relationships, and support compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and documentation requirements.
