About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Immigration Sales Executive – Team Coordination who will primarily handle sales, client communication and conversions , while also coordinating the day-to-day activities of a small team of 3–4 members.
This is a hands-on senior executive role , rather than a high-level managerial position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of daily activities, guide junior team members and ensure that sales and immigration file-related work is completed properly and on time.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Handling
Handle incoming leads and convert prospects into clients.
Understand client requirements and explain suitable immigration/education services.




Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Follow up on pending payments, documents and client requirements.
Handle client queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.

Team Coordination
Coordinate the daily activities of a team of 3–4 executives.
Monitor lead follow-ups and ensure timely client responses.
Track individual and team performance.
Support team members with difficult client conversations and sales situations.
Ensure leads are properly distributed and followed up.
Conduct basic daily/weekly performance reviews.
Guide junior team members and help them improve their sales performance.
Escalate significant issues to management when required.
