Relevant certification or diploma in phlebotomy, medical laboratory technology, or a related healthcare field is preferred.
Attention to detail, ability to follow standardized procedures, and commitment to patient safety and confidentiality are required.
Effective communication skills, qualified bedside manner, and the ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced clinical setting are beneficial.
