About the Role

nWe are seeking an experienced SCM Consultant with 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM). The ideal candidate must have a Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences industry background and hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion SCM solutions across procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.

nKey Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
n
Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including:
n
Procurement
n
Supplier Management
n
Inventory Management
n
Product Information Management (PIM)
n
Order Management
n
Manufacturing
n
Lead solution design workshops, CRP/UAT sessions, and production deployments.
n
Optimize supply chain processes while ensuring compliance with Healthcare/Life Sciences business requirements.
n
Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data migration activities.
n




Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, user documentation, and training materials.
n
Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous process improvements.
n
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance.

nMandatory Skills

n

n
8+ years of Oracle SCM functional consulting experience.
n
Robust hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules:
n
Procurement
n
Supplier Management
n
Inventory Management
n
Product Information Management (PIM)
n
Order Management
n
Manufacturing
n
Minimum of 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects.
n
Solid understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
n
Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
n
Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
