Role Structure: ~70% Performance Marketing Centre of Excellence | ~30% Performance Marketing for Kraftshala

The short version

What this role is about: This is a build + apply role anchored in Performance Marketing. You will spend the majority of your time (70%) building Kraftshala’s Performance Marketing Centre of Excellence - designing and delivering training on paid acquisition, mentoring students, consulting on real brand problems, and staying ahead of how up-to-date performance marketing is evolving across Google, Meta, and emerging platforms.

The remaining 30% of your time will be spent running and scaling performance marketing for Kraftshala, giving you a live setting to apply ideas, test current campaign structures, experiment with automation and creative strategies, and feed real execution learnings back into training and curriculum design.

Who we’re looking for: Strong hands-on experience in running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads is non-negotiable, along with curiosity, analytical thinking,



and the ability to simplify complex ideas for new audiences.
