Job Title: Screen Printing Helper

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Screen Printing Helper to assist the screen printing team with daily production activities. The candidate will support printing operations, prepare materials, maintain cleanliness, and ensure products are handled carefully and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the screen printing operator with daily production work.
Prepare garments, fabric, paper, or other materials for printing.
Load and unload materials from printing machines.
Assist with screen setup, cleaning, and changing screens as required.
Mix or prepare inks according to instructions when required.
Check printed products for quality, color, alignment, and defects.
Dry, cure, fold, pack, and stack finished products.
Keep the printing area, machines, screens, and tools clean and organized.
Handle printing materials and products carefully to prevent damage.
Follow production schedules and instructions from supervisors.
Maintain workplace safety and follow company procedures.




Assist with other production tasks as assigned.

Requirements
Previous experience in screen printing or a manufacturing workplace is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Positive hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift and move production materials when required.
Willingness to learn screen printing processes and operate basic equipment.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.

Working Conditions
Work is primarily performed in a screen printing/production setting.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
