OpenProdkt is building an AI governance platform that helps organizations control and enforce how AI and API capabilities are accessed and used.

We are entering a focused 90-day commercialization phase to validate our ICP, build a qualified pipeline, establish design partnerships, and convert early customers.

The Role

We are looking for a mid-level GTM & Lead Generation Specialist who can combine structured prospect research, outbound execution, lead qualification, and pipeline development.

You will work directly with the founder and take ownership of the top and middle of the GTM funnel — from target-account research through qualified meetings and prospects.

This is a hands-on startup role, not a traditional marketing position.

Responsibilities
Define and continuously improve target account lists based on our ICP
Research companies and identify relevant decision-makers
Prospect into Security, Platform Engineering, AI/ML,



Infrastructure and Technology leadership
Execute targeted outbound campaigns through email and LinkedIn
Develop and test messaging by persona and use case
Qualify inbound and outbound prospects
Schedule qualified discovery and demo meetings
Manage follow-ups and move prospects through the sales funnel
Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot
Use Apollo and other GTM tools for prospecting and enrichment
Prepare account and meeting research for the founder
Analyze response and conversion data
Identify recurring customer pain points, objections and buying signals
Recommend improvements to ICP, messaging and outreach
Produce a concise weekly GTM and pipeline report
Use AI to automate research, personalization, follow-up and reporting
