Role Description The Head of Marketing is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy and execution for Krypton Corps Pvt Ltd. This role oversees market planning, brand positioning, campaign development, and performance tracking across channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the marketing team, coordinating with sales and product leaders, conducting market research, and optimizing marketing initiatives to support revenue and brand awareness goals. The Head of Marketing will also guide public relations activities,



manage key external partnerships and agencies, and ensure consistent messaging and customer experience across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
Ability to lead comprehensive Market Planning and Market Research initiatives to identify prospects, customer segments, and competitive positioning.
Demonstrated Marketing Management experience, including strategy development, budget ownership, and cross-channel campaign execution.
Proven collaboration with Sales teams to align go-to-market plans, support pipeline generation, and improve conversion outcomes.
Experience managing Public Relations activities, including media outreach, brand reputation, and external communications.
Robust analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics, KPIs, and reporting tools.
