We’re Hiring: Site Security Operations Lead

nWe are currently seeking a highly experienced Site Security Operations Lead to manage and protect a large-scale industrial site for a leading manufacturing and industrial conglomerate.

nIn this role, you will own end-to-end security operations, ensuring business continuity, proactive risk management, and the protection of critical physical assets and personnel.

nKey Responsibilities:

Operations & Infrastructure: Drive daily security operations, manage access controls, and oversee electronic security systems (IDS, firewalls). Manage third-party security vendors and SLA adherence.

Risk & Crisis Management: Design and implement robust crisis management and emergency response plans. Gather active intelligence to anticipate external/internal threats.
n
Investigations & Audits: Lead conclusive investigations on security breaches or sabotage in collaboration with legal teams.

Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and mock drills.

Compliance:



Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards to drive zero-loss initiatives across the supply chain.
n
Team Leadership: Mentor, evaluate, and train a large in office security team to build robust in-house response capabilities.
n

nWhat You Bring:

n

Experience: 9–10 years in industrial security operations, with at least 5+ years leading a team in a large-scale industrial setup.
n
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
n
Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of industrial security, risk assessment, and local criminal/labour laws.
n
Advantageous: CPP certification, courses from CISF/Defense/Police academies, or intelligence/forensics training (IB/CDTS/Military INT). Solid relationship management with government and law enforcement agencies.
