Job Title: Senior Business Development Associate (Senior BDA)

Job Responsibilities:
Handle student enquiries and provide course counselling.
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead details.
Support the team in achieving branch targets.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sales/EdTech preferred.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Malayalam and English proficiency preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
