Role Description The Travel & Event Coordinator (Domestic) will manage and coordinate domestic travel arrangements and events for Vervve Hotels & Resorts and its partners. This full time, in office role is based in Pune City and involves planning itineraries, booking transportation and accommodation,



and ensuring smooth travel experiences for guests, clients, and internal teams. The role includes organizing corporate events, hotel-based functions, and promotional activities, coordinating with hotel staff, vendors, and clients to ensure timely execution and high service standards. The coordinator will handle inquiries, maintain accurate records, manage budgets for travel and events, and support sales and marketing initiatives linked to guest experiences and promotions. Daily responsibilities also include resolving travel-related issues, providing proactive customer support, and reporting on event and travel outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Event Planning and Event Management skills for organizing domestic travel-related events, corporate functions, and hotel-based activities.
